HUMAN EFFECTS OF OVER-EXPOSURE:

INHALATION: May cause light-headedness, shortness of breath and possible narcosis. Cardiac arrhythmia may develop at
concentration above t he TLV . In any sp ray application, a full face sup plied air mas k mu st be p rovided with fres h air su pply.
Sensitization can occur with specific individuals and cause an asthma like condition when mixed with isocyanate.
SKIN: M oderate ly irritating, m ay cause redn ess, ed ema o r drying of skin.
INGESTION: May cause nausea, abdominal pains, vomiting and diarrhea, however not considered a common occupational route of exposure.

EYE PROTECTION: Liquid chemical goggles or full-face shield. No contact lenses should be worn.
SKIN P ROT ECTIO N: Ch emical resista nt gloves , such as nat ural rub ber or p olyvinyl. Cover as much e xpos ed skin as pos sible w ith ap propriate cloth ing.
RES PIRA TOR Y PR OTE CTIO N: This product has demonstrated no observable effects at room temperature, however, atmospheric levels should be
maintained. In addition, when used with any isocyanate in spray, pour, injection , confined applications or emergency
situation where airborne particulate or aerosol are generated a NIOSH app roved, full face mask supplied air resp irator must be provided.
VENTILATION : Natural or mechan ical. Local exhaust should b e used to m aintain levels below the TLV . Turn off heating and or air con ditioning or
ventilati on equipm ent to p revent c ontam ination of buildi ng.
OTHER: Safety showers and eye wash stations should be provided in all work areas. All employees should be properly trained.
LEAK AN D SPILL PROC EDURE S: Contain the s pilled material and the n cover with a loose, adsorb ent material such as floor dry, vermiculite or
sawdust. Shovel waste material into proper waste containers. Wash the contaminated areas with hot soapy water thoroughly. Ventilate area
to remove vapors.

EYE CONTACT: Flush with clean, luke warm water at low pressure for at least 15 minutes. Occasionally lifting eyelids. Consult a physician
imm edia tely.
SKIN CONTA CT: R emo ve Conta min ated cloth ing. Wash expo sed area with warm soap y water th oroughly. C onta min ated cloth ing s hou ld be prop erly
laundered before reusing. Not considered to have any adverse effects.
INHALATION: Remove victim from area of exposure to safe area. Administer artificial respiration as needed. Obtain immediate medical attention.
INGESTION: Give 250ml of milk or water and Induce vomiting. NEVER give anything to drink to an unconscious person or induce vomiting on an
unconscious person. Obtain immediate medical attention.
Note to Physician: Bas ically, treatment is symptoma tic.
