Signs and Symptoms of Exposure:
Inhalation: Respiratory irritation, dizziness, headache, nausea, fatigue, drowsiness, impaired
coordination, central nervous system depression or heart arrhythmia.
Skin: Contact may dry the skin prolonged contact may cause irritation. Can not be easily absorbed
through the skin. Solvent action can dry and defat the skin causing skin to crack, leading to dermatitis.
Eyes: Liquid or vapor can cause moderate to severe irritation.
Ingestion: Not a likely route of exposure.

Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Liver and kidney disease, anemia, coronary
disease or rhythm disorders of the heart.

4. First Aid Measures

Eyes: Flush thoroughly with water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention.
Skin: Wash exposed skin with soap and water. If irritation persists get medical attention.
Launder severely contaminated clothing before reuse.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Administer oxygen if needed. Apply artificial respiration if
breathing has stopped. Get medical attention.

5. Fire Fighting Measures

Flash Point: (method) N/A Flammable Limits: LEL: UEL:
N/D N/D

Extinguishing Media: Foam, carbon dioxide, dry chemical or water spray (fog).
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Wear a NIOSH approved self contained breathing apparatus to fight a
fire involving this material. Water spray may be ineffective. Water may be used to cool containers to
prevent pressure build-up and explosion when exposed to extreme heat. If water is used, fog nozzles are
preferred.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: Closed containers may explode from internal pressure build-up
when exposed to extreme heat and discharge contents. Vapor accumulation can flash or explode if
ignited. Overexposure to decomposition products may cause a health hazard. Symptoms may not be
immediately apparent. Obtain medical attention.

NFPA Hazard Rating:

Health Flammability Reactivity
2 4 0
NFPA Notes:

6. Accidental Release Measures

Spill/Leak Procedures: Avoid breathing vapors. Ventilate area, remove all sources of ignition. Clean up
area with absorbent material and place in closed containers for disposal.

Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulaitons.

opening on top of can. Do not spray in eyes. Do not take internally. See product label for additional
information. Small pressurized containers of flammable products may be stored in areas suitable for
ordinary combustibles with respect to construction, drainage, control of ignition sources and ventilation
except that they should not be stored in basements.
Work/Hygienic Practices: Follow good hygienic practice for solvent borne products. Use adequate
ventilation. Wash hands and face after handling this product.
