This product is amber liquid with a faint mild petroleum odor.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES
If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the poison control center or
doctor. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If on skin or clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or
doctor for treatment advice.
If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5
minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
If inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably
mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
This product contains petroleum distillates. Vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia. Reversible skin sensations
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN:
(paresthesia) may occur and ordinary skin salves have been found useful in reducing discomfort.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus with full protective clothing. Fight fire from upwind and keep
all non-essential personnel downwind and out of area.
UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS: Moderately combustible. When heated above the flash point, this material releases vapors which,
when mixed with air, can burn or become explosive. If water is used to fight fire and cool the
containers, contain run-off by diking to prevent contamination of water supplies. Containers in fire
may burst or explode from excessive heat.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
STEPS TO BE TAKEN IF MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED:
Isolate spill area. Absorb with an absorbent material such as pet litter, sand or soil. Sweep up, vacuum, or shovel waste and transfer to labeled
containers for proper disposal. Wash the spill area, tools and equipment with a suitable solution of bleach or caustic/soda ash and an appropriate
alcohol (methanol, ethanol, or isopropanol). Follow this by washing with water containing a strong detergent, absorb with pet litter or other absorbent
material, sweep up and place in labeled chemical containers and handle in an approved manner. Check local, state and federal regulations for proper
disposal. Flush the area with water to remove any residue. For large spills: contain liquid by diking the area, keep product out of water supplies. Large
spills that soak into ground should be dug up to a depth of 1 to 2 inches, placed in drums and disposed of in accordance with instructions provide under
DISPOSAL, section 13 of this MSDS. Any recovered spilled liquid should be similarly collected and disposed of.
CAUTION: Keep spills and cleaning runoff out of municipal sewers and open bodies of water.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
HANDLING: Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove clothing immediately if pesticide
gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. Remove PPE immediately after handling this product. Wash the
outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.

STORAGE: Store at room temperatures above 40 F (4.4 C). If crystals form, warm to room temperature 70 F (21.1 C) for 24-48 hours
only, shaking occasionally until crystals dissolve and product appears uniform. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Carefully open containers. After partial use, replace lids and close tightly. Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Do not
contaminate other pesticides, fertilizers, water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION
ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Use local exhaust at all process locations where vapor or mist may be generated. Ventilate all transport vehicles
prior to unloading.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Not normally required; if vapors or mists become excessive, wear a NIOSH approved pesticide respirator with
cartridges for pesticide vapors. When working in a non-ventilated area all pesticide handlers must wear:
Respiratory protection device (air purifying respirator with NIOSH approved TC-23C pesticide cartridges) and
protective eyewear.
EYE PROTECTION: Chemical goggles or shielded safety glasses. Pesticide handlers must wear protective eyewear when applying
termiticide by rodding or sub-slab injection. Emergency eyewash and drench showers should be available in case of
eye or skin contamination.
SKIN PROTECTION: Wear protective clothing: long-sleeved shirts and pants, shoes plus socks. Wear rubber or chemical-resistant
gloves.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All pesticide handlers (mixers, loaders, and applicators) must wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks,
shoes, and chemical-resistant gloves. After the product is diluted in accordance with label directions for use, and/or when mixing and loading using a
closed spray tank transfer system such as U-Turn, or an in-line injector system, shirt, pants, socks, shoes, and waterproof gloves are sufficient. In
addition: all pesticide handlers must wear a respiratory protection device approved by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA)/National
Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) such as TC-23C, TC-21C, TC-19C, TC-13F, and TC-14G when working in a non-ventilated space;
all pesticide handlers must wear protective eyewear when working in a non-ventilated space or when applying termiticide by rodding or sub-slab
injection. Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning and maintaining PPE. If no instructions for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and
wash PPE separately from other laundry.

12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
This product is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product or allow to drift to
blooming crops if bees are visiting the treatment area. This pesticide is extremely toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water, or
to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water by cleaning equipment or
disposal of equipment wash waters. Do not apply when weather conditions favor drift from treated areas.
13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
Metal containers: Triple rinse (or equivalent). Then offer for recycling or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill or by other
procedures approved by state and local regulations. Plastic Jugs: Triple rinse (or equivalent), then offer for recycling at an ACRC site (go to
http://www.acrecycle.org/ for locations) or by reconditioning, or dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or, incineration, or, if allowed by state and local
regulations, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke. Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is a
violation of Federal law.
