4. FIRST-AID MEASURES
NOTES TO THE PHYSICIAN
SPECIFIC NOTES FOR PHENOLS AND PICRATES TREATMENT: Wash
affected area of skin with polyethylene glycol MW 300 for at least 30 minutes
wearing protective gloves. DO NOT use this method for the treatment of eyes.

INHALATION
Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Get medical attention.
INGESTION
DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Rinse mouth thoroughly. Get medical attention
immediately!
SKIN CONTACT
Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Wash skin thoroughly with
soap and water. Get medical attention. See `Notes to the Physician' above.
EYE CONTACT
Make sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Promptly wash
eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eyelids. Continue to rinse for at least 15
minutes and get medical attention. See `Notes to the Physician' above.

Use fire-extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding materials.
