3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS
SKIN: May cause skin irritation.
INHALATION: Slight nose, throat and respiratory irritation.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF OVEREXPOSURE
EYES: Irritation of the eye.
SKIN: Redness and/or itching of the skin
INHALATION: Headache, dizziness and nausea.
CHRONIC: Long term exposure may lead to headaches, loss of appetite, memory and concentration problems.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGGRAVATED: Asthma and dermatitis.

ROUTES OF ENTRY: Inhalation, skin, ingestion.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

EYES: Flush with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.

SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.

INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting. Give 2 glasses of water to drink. Seek medical attention immediately.

INHALATION: Move to fresh air. Seek medical attention if ill effects persist.

gases in a fire.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

SMALL SPILL: Absorb spill with inert material and transfer to appropriate containers for disposal.

LARGE SPILL: Absorb spill with inert material and transfer to the appropriate containers for disposal.


7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

GENERAL PROCEDURES: Avoid extreme heat and open flame.


8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION

ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Local exhaust is recommended.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
EYES AND FACE: Wear safety glasses with side shields or goggles when handling this material.
SKIN: Chemical resistant protective gloves are recommended.
RESPIRATORY: Not required with adequate ventilation.

WORK HYGIENIC PRACTICES: Wash hands thoroughly after each use, especially before eating or smoking. Good personal hygiene practices
should always be followed.

POLYMERIZATION: Hazardous polymerization is not likely to occur. However, product curing releases CO2. If curing occurs inside closed
container, pressure may develop.

DISPOSAL METHOD: Chemical waste generators must determine whether a discarded chemical is classified as a hazardous waste. US EPA
guidelines for the classification determination are listed in 40 CFR Part 261.3. Additionally, waste generators must consult state and local hazardous
waste regulations to ensure complete and accurate classification.
