GENERAL:
Use of the product as directed will not result in any adverse health effects occurring. Avoid spraying food or
food utensils. Wash hands after use. Product may be classed as slightly toxic.

ACUTE
SWALLOWED:
The acute oral toxicity is Low. Oral LD50 (rat) 3640mg/kg (N-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide).
Oral LD50 (rat) 5230mg/kg (Di-n-propyl isocinchomeronate).
Oral LD50 (rabbit) 2000mg/kg (Diethyltoluamide).
For product Oral LD50 (rabbit) 10526mg/kg

EYE:
Moderate eye irritant.

SKIN:
The acute dermal toxicity is low, however repeated acute exposure may result in absorption of harmful
amounts. Normal use of this product will not cause any significant adverse effects.
Dermal LD50 (rabbit) 470mg/kg (N-octyl bicycloheptene dicarboximide).
Dermal LD50 (rat) 9400mg/kg (Di-n-propyl isocinchomeronate).
Dermal LD50 (rabbit) 10000mg/kg (Diethyltoluamide).

INHALED:
Normal use of this product will not cause any significant adverse effects.
Intentional inhalation of any aerosol can result in drowsiness and can cause brain, liver
and lung damage. Prolonged intentional inhalation may cause unconsciousness or even death due to
asphyxiation.
The concentrate also contains a hydrocarbon solvent, which may cause complications if aspired into the lungs.

CHRONIC:
No chronic health effects are expected when used as directed.

FIRST AID
GENERAL:
In every case of suspected poisoning contact a doctor or a Poisons Information Centre immediately.

SWALLOWED:
If poisoning or any adverse health effects are noticed, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.

EYE:
Hold eyes open and flush with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical assistance.

SKIN:
Remove any contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Do not scrub skin. Seek
medical assistance if irritations or adverse health effects develop.

INHALED:
Remove to fresh air and keep warm. If deliberately inhaled, seek urgent medical attention.

FIRST AID FACILITIES:
Soap, water.

ADVICE TO DOCTOR:
The concentrate also contains a hydrocarbon solvent, which may cause complications if aspired into the lungs
in high concentrations.
Treat symptomatically.


PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
EXPOSURE STANDARDS:
Worksafe Occupational Exposure Standard (TWA ?Time Weighted Average)
Propellent ?propane/butane 800ppm
Time Weighted Average (TWA) means the average airborne concentration of a particular substance when
calculated over a normal eight-hour working day, for a five-day working week.

ENGINEERING CONTROLS:
Only spray where there is adequate ventilation, away from any flames or ignition sources.

PERSONAL PROTECTION:
Avoid contact with skin and eyes and breathing spray mist.

FLAMMABILITY:
Propellent is very flammable. Do not use near a naked flame. Do not incinerate can.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION
STORAGE
Store in the original container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. Do
not store in vehicles for prolonged periods as explosion of the aerosol may result.

Product is classified as a dangerous good in accordance with the Australian Code for the Transport of
Dangerous Goods by Road and Rail.
