SECTION 5 : FIRST AID MEASURES
Ingestion : Seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
Eye contact : Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical
attention.
Skin contact : Remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
Inhalation : Remove patient to fresh air, keep warm and at rest. Seek medical attention
immediately. If respiration stops or it is weak, warm clothes and give artificial
respiration after ensure air passage.
Notes to physician : Treatment is symptomatic. Poisoning symptom is unspecific.
SECTION 6 : FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing Media : Foam, CO2, dry chemical powder. Water is only suitable for small fire.
Fire fighting instruction : For a fire in surrounding area, apply water to cool and protect surrounding
equipment. Remove containers, if feasible, from the fire area to safe place
immediately. Fight fire from windward. Fire fighters should wear full-
faced self contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing.
Special hazards : None
SECTION 7 : ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURE
Leak and/or Spill :
Wear protective clothing as indicated in Section 8. Evacuate non essential personnel. Keep all sources of
ignition away from the spillage. No flares, smoking or flames in the area immediately. Contain and
adsorb the spillage with inert material such as clay or earth. Collect into waste container. Wash the
contaminated area with a little water and detergent. Contain and adsorb with inert material and collect
into the same container for disposal. Prevent the spillage from entering local drainage system.
SECTION 8 : HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling : Wear respiratory mask, protective gloves and goggles while handling. Read the label before
use.
Storage : Keep in original container, tightly closed, in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, out of
