Signs and Symptoms of Exposure
Acute: Inhalation of misted product causes irritation to mucous membranes. Corrosive to eyes.
Irritates skin. Ingestion may be fatal (n-alkylammonium chloride LD50 366mg/kg). Throat
irritation. Burning pain in mouth.

Emergency First Aid Procedures
Inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. Give artificial respiration if victim is not breathing. Get medi-
cal attention.
Eyes: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention.
Skin: Flush with water. Remove contaminated clothing. Get medical attention if irritation
persists.
Ingestion: Drink milk, egg whites, gelatin solution or, if these are unavailable, drink plenty of
water. Get medical attention. Note to physician: Probable mucosal damage may
counterindicate the use of gastric lavage.
