SECTION III - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Health Hazards (Acute and Chronic):
Eye Contact: Concentrate causes eye damage. Use dilution may cause mild eye irritation
Skin: Concentrate may cause skin burns. Use dilution may cause mild skin irritation.
Ingestion: Mucous membrane irritant. may result in mild gastrointestinal irritation with nausea,
vomiting and/or diarrhea. Large ingestions may cause temporary dizziness,
uncoordination and headache.
Inhalation: Mucous membrane irritant.

SECTION IV - FIRST AID INFORMATION
Emergency and First Aid Procedures:
Eye contact: Flush immediately with water and remove contact lenses if applicable. Hold eyelids open
and flush with a steady, gentle stream of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention.
Skin irritation: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention if irriation persists..
Oral ingestion: DO NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water. Promptly drink a large quantity of water
or milk. If vomiting occurs, keep head below hips to reduce risk of aspiration. Give water
again. NEVER give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person. Call a
doctor or get medical attention immediately.
Inhalation: If a large amount of product is inhaled, get fresh air.
**NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Treat exposed patients symptomatically.
Other: Product package has a caution statement: DANGER: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Causes skin burns. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Wear
goggles or face shield, protective clothing and rubber gloves when handling concentrate. Wash thoroughly
with soap and water after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

Extinguishing Media: Use water spray, dry chemical, carbon dioxide or foam extinguishing agents unless
contraindicated by surrounding environment.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Prevent human exposure to fire, smoke, fumes or products of combustion.
All ignition sources should be extinguished. Fire fighters should wear appropriate protective equipment, including
self-contained breathing apparatus and impervious clothing. Keep containers cooled with water spray to prevent
rupture from excess heat.



SECTION VI - ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal Precautions: N/A
Environmental Precautions: DISPOSAL IS TO BE PERFORMED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL,
STATE/PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. Waste from this product is regulatd as a RCRA
"Corrosive" D002 waste. Check pH before sewering. pH trim is necessary in industrial settings if waste has a pH
of 12.5 or above. Liquids should not be landfilled. See Section XIII
Steps To Be Taken in Case Large Amounts Material are Released or Spilled: Contain the spill. Try to prevent
large quantities from reaching watereway or sewer. Use sorbents if needed. Dispose of resulting waste as
appropriate. Use water spray to dilute and/or wash away spills to avoid exposure and to protect persons working to
stop/repair leak.



SECTION VII - HANDLING AND STORAGE
Precautions To Be Taken in Handling and Storing:. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Avoid breathing vapor,
spray or mist. Use product only according to label directions. If unsure about safe use, contact your supervisor
immediately. Wash with soap and water after handling. Store in original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated
area. Store away from food or feed. Containers should be kept tightly closed when not in use. Keep in an area
inaccessible to small children.

SECTION VIII - EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION
Respiratory Protection (Specify Type): None required with normal use. Where exposure cannot be adequately
controlled by general or local ventilation, use appropriate respiratory protection to avoid overexposure. An
approved dust/mist respirator would be recommended.
Ventilation: General. In areas where sprays or mists may be generated, proper ventilation in accordance with
good industrial hygiene should be provided.
Eye Protection: Chemical resistant goggles or face shield required when handling concentrate. None required at
use dilution.
Protective Gloves: Rubber gloves are required when handling concentrate. None required at use dilution.
Other Protective Equipment: None required with normal use. Easily accessible water source is needed.

STATE/PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. Undiluted product is regulated as a RCRA Corrosive
waste when disposed. Check pH before disposing. Treatment to reduce pH may be necessary before disposal. Do
not landfill liquids.
