FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Powerful: Works quickly with minimum effort.
Versatile: May be used with mop, automatic scrubber or floor machine; removes all finishes including over-burnished
ones.
Pleasant to Use: No strong fumes; non-ammoniated; making it preferable to strong smelling strippers.
Excellent Degreaser: Can be used to remove tar, soils, greasy finger marks, ind and carbon smudges and as a spot
cleaner for large area cleaning.
WHERE TO USE
Can be used on all resilient and non-resilient floors. Excellent for high traffic areas as labour is drastically reduced
and down-time is kept to a minimum. Floors can be stripped, re-finished and ready for traffic in record time. Use as
a degreaser for all hard surfaces.
HOW TO USE
Recommended Dilution Rates:
Stripping with a mop 1:4
Stripping with a machine 1:30
Degreasing 1:4
Metal surface 1:50
Note: Adjust rates to suit your cleaning needs.
The use of hot water speeds up the stripping process considerably. Apply solution to a manageable area and let it
work for 3 to 5 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW THE SOLUTION TO DRY ON THE FLOOR. Agitate the solution with the
applicator, then pick up with a wet-vac or mop and rinse well.
For degreasing, dilute and spray on, wipe on, mop on or dip. Rinse with potable water.
