3 HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Critical hazards:
Irritant. Extremely flammable. Irritating to eyes. Repeated
exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Vapours may
cause drowsiness and dizziness. Harmful to aquatic organisms.
May cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic
environment.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
4 FIRST-AID MEASURES
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Eye Contact:
Flush eyes with large amounts of water. If signs/symptoms
persist, get medical attention.

file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Ben%20Lyle.BEN/Desktop/Website/spraymount.txt (2 of 11)03/02/2005 10:31:30
file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Ben%20Lyle.BEN/Desktop/Website/spraymount.txt

Skin Contact:
Wash affected area with soap and water. If signs/symptoms
develop, get medical attention.

Inhalation:
Remove person to fresh air. If signs/symptoms persist, get
medical attention.

Ingestion:
Do not induce vomiting. Give victim two glasses of water.
Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get
medical attention.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
5 FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Suitable Extinguishing Media:
Use fire extinguishers with class B extinguishing agents
(e.g., dry chemical, carbon dioxide).

Exposure Hazards:
Closed containers exposed to heat from fire may build pressure
and explode.

Hazardous Decomposition:
Carbon monoxide - During Combustion. Carbon dioxide - during
combustion. Under recommended usage conditions, hazardous
decomposition products are not expected. Hazardous
decomposition products may occur as a result of oxidation,
heating, or reaction with another material.

Fire-Fighting Procedures:
Wear full protective equipment and a self-contained breathing
apparatus.

Special Instructions:
Aerosol container contains flammable material under pressure.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Personal Precautions:
Refer to other sections of this Material Safety Data Sheet for
information regarding physical and health hazards, respiratory
protection, ventilation, and personal protective equipment.

Methods for Cleaning up:
Working from around the edges of the spill inward, cover with
bentonite, vermiculite, or commercially available inorganic
absorbent material. Mix in sufficient absorbent until it
appears dry. Seal the container. Evacuate unprotected and
untrained personnel from hazard area. The spill should be
cleaned up by qualified personnel. Remove all ignition sources
such as flames, smoking materials, and electrical spark
sources. Use only non-sparking tools. Ventilate the area with
fresh air. Contain spill. Cover spill area with a
fire-extinguishing foam. An aqueous film forming foam (AFFF)
is recommended. Remember, adding an absorbent material does
not remove a toxic, corrosivity or flammability hazard.
Collect as much of the spilled material as possible using
non-sparking tools. Clean up residue with an appropriate
solvent selected by a qualified and authorised person.
Ventilate the area with fresh air. Read and follow safety
precautions on the solvent label and MSDS. Collect the
resulting residue containing solution. Place in a suitable
metal container. Dispose of collected material as soon as
possible.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
7 HANDLING AND STORAGE
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Precautions for Safe Storage:
Store away from heat.

Fire Prevention:
No smoking while handling this material. Flammable liquefied
gas. Do not spray near flames or sources of ignition. Aerosol
container contains flammable gas under pressure.

Precautions for Safe Handling:
Do not pierce or burn container, even after use.
