   4.  FIRST AID INFORMATION 

   If  Swallowed:  Rinse  mouth  and  drink  plenty  of  water.  DO  NOT  INDUCE 

   VOMITING. Seek medical advice. 

   If  Eye  Contact  Occurs:  Flush  with  copious  quantities  of  water  with  eyelids 

   open for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention. 

   If  Skin  Contact  Occurs:  Immediately  wash  affected  areas  thoroughly  with 

   soap  and  water.  Remove  contaminated  clothing  and  launder  before  re­use. 

   May cause irritation and defatting of the skin. If irritation occurs, seek medical 

   advice. 

   If Inhalation of vapour occurs: Remove affected person to fresh air and seek 

   medical attention.

   5.  FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES: 

   Classified as Class C2 (Combustible) 

   Extinguishing Media:  Water fog, foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical 

   Special Procedures:  Wear breathing apparatus & Protective Clothing. 

   Hazardous  Decomposition  Products:  Upon  evaporation  of  the  water,  the 

   residue will decompose in a fire giving off toxic carbon monoxide and sulphur 

   oxides. 



   6.  ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES: 

   Spills  –� Any  spills  will  be  slippery.  Avoid  secondary  accidents  and  mop  up 

   spills  immediately  by  absorbing  onto  inert  chemical  absorbent.  Small 

   remaining residues should be washed away with water. 



   7.  HANDLING & STORAGE: 

   Storage:  Store  material  in  original  containers  in  a  cool,  dry  well­ventilated 

   place out of direct sunlight.  Keep containers closed at all times. Store away 

   from foodstuffs and incompatible materials as per section 10. 

   Handling:  Avoid  eye  contact,  direct  skin  contact  and  breathing  in  of  spray 

   mist. 



   8.  EXPOSURE CONTROL AND PERSONAL PROTECTION: 

   Occupational Exposure Limits:  No value assigned for this specific material by 

   the NOCHS; or for its components. 

   Ventilation:  ensure  adequate  ventilation  when  using  this  material.  Keep 

   containers closed when not in use. 

   Personal protective clothing: Use gloves and eye/face protection when using 

   this  material.  Use  of  long  sleeves  and  long  pants  is  strongly  recommended. 

   Wash clothing after each work period. Wash hands and face thoroughly when 

   leaving work area of before ingestion of food and drink; and before smoking 

   or using the toilet.

   11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION 

   Primary routes for long term exposure to this item are via inhalation or skin or 

   eye  contact.  To  assist  in  preventing  this  type  of  exposure,  please  refer  to 

   Exposure Controls above. 



   Acute Affects: 

   Swallowed:  Ingestion  of  large  amounts  may  results  in  headache,  nausea, 

   lethargy, motor weakness and un­coordination. 

   Inhalation:  Inhalation of large amounts of the mist during spraying operations 

   can result in respiratory irritation. 

   Eye  Contact:  The  product  may  cause  eye  irritation.  Must  be  washed  off 

   immediately. 

   Skin Contact: Prolonged contact can result in skin defatting, dermatitis and/or 

   irritation. 



   Chronic Affects: 

   No information available, no chronic affects expected. 



   12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION 

   The material is biodegradable; however, dams, waterways and sewers should 

   not be contaminated with this product.

   Container  Disposal:  Do  not  re­use  containers  for  any  purpose.  Wash  out 

   with  large  quantities  of  water  (preferably  adding  to  spray  tank  for  use)  and 

   dispose of container in accordance with local regulations. 

   Spills:  Collect  spilled  material  on  chemical  absorbent  and  dispose  of  spilled 

   material  and  waste  in  sealable  open­top  type  containers  for  disposal 

   according  to  local  regulations.  Prevent  from  entering  drains,  waterways  or 

   sewers.
