DANGER. Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Aspiration hazard. Vapor harmful.
Can cause nervous system depression. Keep away from heat and flames.
Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate container.

Primary Route of Entry: Skin contact, inhalation

Acute/Potential Health Effects:

EYES: May cause mild eye irritation. Symptoms include stinging, tearing and redness.

SKIN: May cause mild skin irritation. Prolonged or repeated contact may dry the skin.
Symptoms may include redness, itching and drying of skin.

INHALATION: High vapor/aerosol concentrations (>1000ppm) are irritating to the
respiratory tract. May cause headaches, dizziness, anesthesia, drowsiness, unconscious-
ness and other central nervous system effects.

INGESTION: Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Aspiration hazard - this material can enter
lungs during swallowing or vomiting and cause lung inflammation and damage.

Section 3: HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION - continued:

Chronic / Long Term Effects: Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational
overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage.

Signs and Symptoms of Overexposure: Signs and symptoms of overexposure to this material
through breathing, ingestion or skin contact may include: stomach or intestinal upset
(nausea, vomiting or diarrhea), irritation in the nose, throat or airways, central
nervous system depression (dizziness, fatigue, unconsciousness).

Carcinogenic Information: This material is not listed as a carcinogen by IARC, NTP or
OSHA.

Section 4: FIRST AID MEASURES

EYES: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get
medical attention immediately.

SKIN: Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while
removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
Get medical attention immediately.

INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration.
If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.

INGESTION: Seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting. Call a poison
control center or doctor for treatment advice. Do not leave individual unattended.

Extinguishing Media: Use appropriate methods for combating surrounding fire.
Special Fire Fighting Instructions: CAUTION. Contents under pressure. Cool exposed
containers with water spray to prevent bursting. SCBA should be used whenever chemical
fires are present.

Absorb spill with inert material. Absorb unrecoverable product. Transfer contaminated
absorbent, soil and other materials to containers for disposal.

120 F may cause bursting. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Store in a cool,
dry place. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Intentional misuse by delibera-
tely concentrating and inhaling may be harmful or fatal. Keep out of reach of children.
