ACUTE EFFECTS OF OVER EXPOSURE

Swallowing: Single dose oral toxicity is low. The Acute
Oral LD50 for rats is >5,000 mg/kg.
Swallowing small amounts are not likely to
cause injury.
Skin Absorption: A single prolonged exposure is not likely to
result in the product being absorbed through
skin. Acute Dermal LD50 for absorption in
rabbits is >2,000 mg/kg.
Inhalation: Dust may cause irritation to the upper
respiratory tract.
Skin contact: Prolonged exposure is not likely to cause
significant skin irritation. Prolonged or
frequently repeated skin contact may cause
allergic reactions in some individuals. With
the dilute mixture, no allergic skin reaction
is expected.
Eye Contact: May cause slight irritation with transient
(temporary)corneal injury.
EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES
Swallowing: Seek medical attention. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of
water and induce vomiting by touching the back
of the throat with finger. Do not induce
vomiting or give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person.
Skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Get
medical attention if irritation develops.
Inhalation: Remove individual to fresh air. If breathing
difficulty occurs, get medical attention.
If not breathing, provide mouth-to-mouth
resuscitation and medical attention
immediately.
Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water and call a
physician.

physician in response to reactions of the
