Clean up spills and sanitize area with 70% ethanol, 70% isopropyl alcohol or bleach.
Handling and Storage
Handling: The freeze dried ball contains viable and potentially infectious bacteria. Must be used only by suitably
trained personnel, in a microbiological laboratory according to national safety regulations. Avoid aerosol production.
Open vial away from face. Lab gown and eyewear should be worn and safe laboratory practices followed.
Ventilation: No special ventilation is required.
Storage: Store frozen.
Exposure Controls / Personal Protection
Normal laboratory practices in handling microbiological substances are adequate. Exposure is limited with the nor-
mal use of this product by qualified microbiologists.
