P/N: 813-003
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET 03130 Pg. 2

4. First Aid Measures
EYES: Rinse immediately with opened lid for 15 minutes with plenty of running water and seek
medical advice.
SKIN: Immediately take off all contaminated clothing and wash skin with plenty of water. After
contact with skin, wash immediately with polyethylene glycol 300 / ethyl alcohol 2:1 and rinse
with plenty of water and soap.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is
difficult, give oxygen.
INGESTION: Wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician.

5. Fire Fighting Measures
FLAMMABLE PROPERTIES: Flammable. Flash Point: 50掳 F. (10掳 C.) Method Used: Not given.
Flammable Limits (% by Volume in Air, 77掳 F. (25掳 C.), 1011 mbar): Lower: 2.1 Upper: 12.5
AUTO-IGNITION TEMPERATURE: 815掳 F. (430掳 C.)
HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION PRODUCTS: Toxic fumes of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide.
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, alcohol or polymer foam.
FIREFIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective
clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes. Use water spray to cool fire-exposed containers.
Flammable liquid. Vapor may travel considerable distance to source of ignition and flash back.
May undergo polymerization. Container explosion may occur under fire conditions.

6. Accidental Release Measures
SMALL/LARGE SPILL: Evacuate area. Shut off all sources of ignition. Wear self-contained
breathing apparatus, rubber boots and heavy rubber gloves. Cover with an activated carbon
adsorbent, take up and place in closed containers. Transport outdoors. Ventilate area and wash
spill site after material pickup is complete.

7. Handling and Storage
HANDLING: Fill only 80% of the container. Maintain well-ventilated working place and/or
exhaust filter. Do not breathe vapors. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Avoid
prolonged or repeated exposure. Wash thoroughly after handling. Corrosive, Lachrymator,
Sensitizer. It is advisable to use material within six months.
STORAGE: Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Refrigerate. Do
not store under inert atmosphere.

8. Exposure Controls/Personal Protection
ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Use efficient local ventilation.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Use approved respirator, if exposed to vapors.
SKIN AND HAND PROTECTION: If skin contact cannot be avoided, protective gloves are
recommended.
EYE AND FACE PROTECTION: Chemical safety goggles or faceshield.
OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Safety shower and eye bath, light weight protective
clothing.
