Causes eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply directly
to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water
mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters. This chemical demonstrates
the properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. The use of this
chemical in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in
groundwater contamination.

4. FIRST AID
IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Take off
contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with water for 15-20 minutes.
IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Flash point: N/A
Flammable Limits (LFL-UFL): Unknown
Fire and Explosion Hazards: Can burn in fire releasing irritating and toxic gasses due to thermal
decomposition or combustion.
Means of Extinction: Use foam, dry chemical, carbon dioxide or water spray.
Fire Fighting Instructions: Evacuate area and fight fire upwind a safe distance to avoid hazardous
vapors and decomposition products. Cool closed containers exposed to fire with water spray. Dike and
collect water used to fight fire to prevent environmental damage due to runoff. Foam or dry chemical
extinguishing systems are preferred to prevent environmental damage due to runoff. Equipment or
materials involved in pesticide fires may become contaminated.
Firefighting Equipment: Self-contained breathing apparatus with full face piece.
Hazardous Combustion Products: Hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen chloride, carbon monoxide and
nitrogen oxide.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Clean up spills immediately observing the precautions in Section 8 of this MSDS. Isolate the hazard area
and keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel from entering. Prevent material from contaminating
soil or from entering sewage and drainage systems and bodies of water.
Avoid dust formation and avoid breathing dust. Use recommended protective equipment and carefully
sweep up spilled material, placing it in a covered container for reuse or disposal. Scrub the contaminated
area with soap and water followed by a water rinse. Use dry absorbent material to absorb and collect
wash solution for proper disposal. Contaminated soil may have to be removed and disposed.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Avoid breathing dust or vapor. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Remove and wash
contaminated clothing before reuse. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before
eating, drinking, chewing gum, or using tobacco.
Store in a cool, dry place and in such a manner as to prevent cross contamination with other pesticides,
fertilizers, food, and feed. Store in original container and out of the reach of children, preferably in a
locked storage area.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION
Engineering Controls: To avoid exceeding exposure limits, handle only with adequate ventilation.
Facilities storing or utilizing this material should be equipped with an eyewash station and a safety
shower.
Protective Clothing: Tight fitting safety goggles. Chemical resistant gloves made of waterproof material
such as polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Long-sleeved shirt, long pants and shoes plus socks.
A respirator is not required when handled under normal conditions. When handling in enclosed areas
with inadequate ventilation, use a dust / mist filtering respirator (MSHA/NIOSH approval number prefix
TC-21C).
General: Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Discard clothing and other absorbent
materials that have been heavily contaminated with this product; do not reuse them. Follow the
manufacturer鈥檚 instructions for cleaning and maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist,
use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
