3. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
Eyes: Severe eye irritant.
Skin: Possible skin irritant and sensitizer. Can be absorbed through skin.
Ingestion: Will cause illness
Inhalation: May cause an allergic reaction.
4. FIRST AID
Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with running water for at least 30 minutes. Visit doctor.
Skin: Remove contaminated clothing immediately. Wash skin with soap and water.
Ingestion: Induce vomiting only if person is conscious. Visit doctor.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give oxygen &/or artificial respiration if needed. Call physician.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal precautions: Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Provide sufficient ventilation. Wear
protective clothing when taking up spill.
Environmental precautions: Prevent from entering sewer system, surface water or soil.
Methods for cleaning up: If recovery is not feasible, admix with dry soil, and or non-reactive
absorbent and place in an appropriate chemical waste container. Transfer to containers by
suction, preparatory for later disposal. Place in metal containers for recovery or disposal. Flush
area with water spray. Clean-up personnel must be equipped with self contained breathing
apparatus and butyl rubber protective clothing. For large spills, recover spilled material with a
vacuum truck.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Handling: Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Keep containers closed when empty.
Storage: Store in cool, dry, ventilated storage and in closed containers. Store away from
ignition sources.

Respiratory protection: If vapors are present, use a NOISH/MSHA approved positive
pressure, supplied air respirator.
Eye protection: Use splash proof chemical goggles.
Skin protection: Do not allow any skin contact. If potential for skin contact is present,
impervious protection clothing should be worn. Neoprene coated fabric is recommended for this
application.
