Acute Effects
Eyes: Direct contact can cause irritation.
Skin: Unlikely to cause irritation or injury. Can cause drying of skin.
Ingestion: Slightly toxic. Large amounts may produce signs of intoxication characterized by
incoordination, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea, mental confusion, possibly slurred
speech, and stupor, depending on the quantity of material ingested.
Inhalation: Excessive inhalation of concentrated vapors can cause nasal and respiratory irritation and
central nervous system effects including dizziness, weakness, fatigue, nausea, headache, and
possible unconsciousness. This is unlikely due to the low solvent content and amount of material in

each marker.
