Inhalation Very high powder concentrations may cause irritation of respiratory tract,
nausea and headache.
Eye Contact May cause moderate irritation.

Emergency First Aid Procedures:
Inhalation Move to fresh air. Give oxygen if breathing is difficult, artificial respiration if
breathing has stopped. Seek medical attention.
Eye contact Flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists,
seek medical attention.
Ingestion Rinse mouth thoroughly. If swallowed, dilute with 3 glasses of water.
Consult a physician. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person.
Skin contact Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove and wash
contaminated clothing before use.
SECTION VII PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING & USE
Handling and Storage Precautions: Store in tightly closed container, at room temperature. Avoid physical
damage to container, extremes of temperature and moisture.
Release or Spill: Wear impervious gloves, dust mask. Sweep or scoop spill into container for disposal without
dispersing dust into the air. Wash contaminated area with water.
Waste Disposal Method: Follow all government regulations. Other Precautions: Wash hands after use.

Respiratory Protection: Not required under normal conditions of use in a dental practice. For large quantities
>TLV, a dust mask or mechanical filter respirator is recommended.
Ventilation: Under normal conditions of use, no special ventilation is required. For large quantities >TLV,
provide local exhaust / general mechanical ventilation to prevent dust concentrations above approved limits.
Protective Gloves: Recommended. Eye Protection: Safety glasses are recommended.
Other Protective Clothing or Equipment: Emergency eye wash fountain.
Work/Hygienic Practices: Wash hands after use.
