?br> Eye Contact: Will cause eye injury- damage reversible.
?br> Inhalation: Outgassing of formaldehyde vapors can be irritating.
?br> Ingestion: Not a hazard in normal industrial use. Small amounts swallowed are not likely to cause injury.
?br>
CHRONIC: Long term exposure may result in dermatitis or respiratory sensitization for sensitive individuals. This product
contains less than 0.1% free formaldehyde and may be capable of out-gassing formaldehyde at levels in excess of OSHA's action
level under some conditions of use. See Section 11.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Individuals with pre-existing health disorders should consult their
physician before using this product. Repeated and prolonged overexposure may increase the potential for adverse health effects.

HMIS ?RATING: Health - 2 Flammability -1 Reactivity Hazard ?2

SECTION 4 FIRST AID MEASURES

SKIN CONTACT: Remove and isolate contaminated clothing and shoes. Remove excess material from skin with clean cloth. Flush
skin with running lukewarm water for at least 15 min. Wash affected areas using mild soap. For a large splash, flood body under a
shower and call a physician immediately.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET

EYE CONTACT: Flush the eye and under lids with warm water for 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. Remove any contact
lenses during the flushing. Get immediate medical attention if symptoms persist.

INHALATION: Move subject to fresh air and keep warm. If subject is not breathing, administer artificial respiration. If breathing is
difficult, have qualified personnel administer oxygen and get medical attention.

INGESTION: If appreciable quantities are swallowed, seek immediate medical attention. Do NOT induce vomiting. Never give
anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

SECTION 5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

METHOD: Setaflash EXTINGUISHING METHOD: Water fog, carbon dioxide(CO2) or dry chemical
AUTO-IGNITION TEMPERATURE: Not established FLAMMABILITY CLASS: IIIB

Evacuate area of all non-emergency personnel. Fire fighters must wear full emergency equipment with self-contained breathing
apparatus. At elevated temperatures hazardous polymerization may occur causing container rupture and in extreme cases,
explosion. Fight fires from upwind and cool intact containers with water spray or stream at maximum range.

SECTION 6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Remove all sources of ignition and ventilate area. Avoid skin and eye contact. Use respiratory protection. Absorb with inert
materials such as dry clay or sand and place in closed container for disposal as solid waste in accordance with all applicable
regulations.

SECTION 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE

HANDLING: Avoid any unnecessary contact. Use protective clothing specified in Section 8. Use in a well ventilated area.

STORAGE: Store away from heat and sunlight to prevent spontaneous polymerization. Store below 100?F. Avoid exposure to
light. Avoid loss of polymerization inhibitor. Protect containers from physical damage. Storage of containers should conform to
flammable and combustible liquid regulations. Do not store will incompatible materials.

SECTION 8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION

HAND PROTECTION: Use nitrile, butyl or other gloves that are resistant to chemicals in Section 2. Replace immediately if
punctured or torn or when a change of appearance (color, elasticity, shape) occurs.

EYE PROTECTION: Use safety glasses, or face shields that are ANSI approved to prevent eye contact. Eyewash availability is also
recommended.

SKIN PROTECTION: Protective or disposable outer clothing is recommended.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Use local exhaust to control dusts, mists, or vapors that may be released. Use NIOSH approved
respirators with organic vapor cartridges.

SECTION 9 PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

APPEARANCE AND ODOR: Acrylate Odor PHYSICAL STATE: Paste
BOILING POINT (癋): >200 FREEZING POINT: Not available
SPECIFIC GRAVITY: Not established EVAPORATION RATE: Slower than n-Butyl Acetate
VAPOR PRESSURE (mm Hg): Not established VAPOR DENSITY: Lighter than air
SOLUBILITY IN WATER: Not soluble LIQUID DENSITY: Heavier than water
VOC CONTENT (LB/GAL): <0.1 (22 and 807) / None (all others in series)

SECTION 10 REACTIVITY / STABILITY HAZARD DATA

STABILITY: This material is stable.

CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Storage >100 F, exposure to light, loss of polymerization inhibitor, storage with incompatible materials.

INCOMPATIBILITY: Avoid contact with strong oxidizers, copper, copper alloys, carbon steel, iron, rust, and strong bases.

HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: In the event of combustion, oxides or carbon, nitrogen, and sulfur will be formed.
Do not breathe smoke or fumes. Wear suitable protective equipment.

HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Uncontrolled polymerization may occur and cause rapid evolution of heat and increased pressure
that could result in violent rupture of sealed storage vessels or containers.
