Section 3 Hazards Identification:

Symptoms of over exposure:
Eye: May cause severe eye burns. May cause irreversible eye injury.
Skin: May cause skin burns. May cause skin sensitization, allergic reaction that may
become evident upon re-exposure to this material.
Ingestion: May cause severe and permanent damage to the digestive tract. May cause
gastrointestinal tract burns.
Inhalation: May cause severe irritation to the respiratory tract resulting in sore throat, coughing,
and shortness of breath and delayed lung edema.
Medical Conditions Aggravated by Exposure
May cause asthmatic attacks due to allergy sensitization of the respiratory tract.

Section 4 First Aid Measures:

Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with water for at least fifteen minutes. Get immediate medical
attention.
Skin: Flush skin with water for at least fifteen minutes. Remove contaminated clothing.
Get immediate medical attention.
Ingestion: Do NOT induce vomiting. Give victim a glass of water. NEVER give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical attention.
Inhalation: Move victim to outside to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms persist.

Section 5 Fire Fighting Measures: X-Ray Developer Systems Cleaner

Extinguishing Media: Use media appropriate for adjacent fire
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Wear full turnout gear and self contained breathing apparatus.
Wear neoprene or rubber gloves.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: Dried product residue may act as an oxidizer

Absorb spill with sawdust, sand, oil dry, or any other absorbent material. Dispose of recovered
material in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Do not breathe vapors. Do not get into eyes, avoid contact with body and clothing.
Keep container closed.

Section 8 Exposure Controls 鈥? Personal Protection

Eye Protection: Wear safety glasses with side shields or goggles.
Ventilation: Use only in a well ventilated area. If in an area not supported by adequate
ventilation use a NIOSH approved Acid gas respirator.
Skin Protection: Use Neoprene or other impervious gloves and apron.

hexavalent chromium compounds and strong inorganic mists or vapors containing sulfuric acid are
carcinogenic to humans. This product is not expected to produce mists or vapors when mixing
instructions are followed.
