HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION: EYES: May cause mild irritation. SKIN: May cause mild irritation. Prolonged or
repeated contact may dry the skin and lead to irritation (i.e. dermatitis). INHALATION: Irritating to eyes, nose and
respiratory tract. Can cause anesthetic and/or narcotic effects. Under misuse or intentional misuse, product may cause
asphyxiation. INGESTION: Can cause dizziness, faintness, headaches, and incoordination. Possible aspiration
hazard. May cause inflammation of the lungs.
AGGRAVATED MEDICAL CONDITIONS: May aggravate pre-existing eye, skin and respiratory conditions.
CHRONIC EFFECTS/TARGET ORGANS: Liver. Kidneys. Nervous system. Lungs and/or respiratory system.
EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES: EYES: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15
minutes. Get prompt medical attention. SKIN: Wash with soap and plenty of water. INHALATION: Remove to fresh air.
If symptoms develop, seek immediate medical attention. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. INGESTION: Get

medical attention. Victim should drink a small amount of water to dilute stomach content, and if vomiting occurs have
victim lean forward to reduce risk of aspiration. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
CARCINOGENICITY:
No regulated ingredients.
TOXICITY INFORMATION:
Hexane:
Repeated or prolonged exposure to hexane can cause reversible peripheral neuropathy with associated muscle
weakness in the extremities (fingers and toes). High vapor concentrations may cause Central Nervous System
depression.
LD50 Oral (Rat): 28,700 mg/kg
LD50 Inhalation (Rat): 77,000 ppm/1 hr.
SECTION VII - PRECAUTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING AND USE
Releases or Spills: Remove all sources of ignition and ventilate area. Soak up spill with an inert absorbent and place
into a designated disposal container. Consult local regulatory agency for proper disposition of material.
Waste Disposal Method: Do not puncture or incinerate containers. When contents are depleted continue to
depress button until all gas is expelled. Dispose of container in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Handling And Storing: Avoid breathing vapor. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Use with adequate
ventilation. Do not puncture or incinerate containers. Do not expose to direct sunlight or store at temperatures above
120F (48.9C). Store as Level 3 Aerosol (NFPA 30B).
Other Precautions: Please read and follow the directions on the product label; they are your best guide to using this
product in the most effective way, and give the necessary safety precautions to protect your health.
SECTION VIII - EMPLOYEE PROTECTION
Respiratory Protection (Type): None required if good ventilation is maintained. If exposure exceeds occupational
exposure limits (Sec. II), use a NIOSH approved respirator to prevent overexposure.
Ventilation: General ventilation is adequate under normal conditions; mechanical ventilation is optional.
Protective Gloves: Chemical resistant gloves are recommended ?consult glove manufacturer to determine the
proper type for a specific operation.
Eye Protection: Safety glasses are recommended.
Other Protective Clothing or Equipment: Wear impervious clothing to prevent skin contact.
Work/Hygienic Practices: Ensure strict sanitary conditions are conformed to when working around chemicals.
Protective clothing and equipment should be in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.132 and CFR 1910.133.
