SECTION 6 - HEALTH HAZARD DATA/TOXICOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hazard to Humans (Based on hazardous ingredients data) - Primary route of exposure is dermal. This product is a
potential reproductive and carcinogenic hazard. Skin and eye irritation and dermal sensitization may occur.
Animal Experiment (Based on hazardous ingredients data) -
Acute - Oral LD50 - 0.5-5g/kg (slightly toxic). Dermal LD50 - 2-20 g/kg (slightly toxic). Inhalation LC50 - > 20 mg/l (practically
nontoxic). Moderate skin and mild eye irritation have been reported.
Chronic/Other - Skin sensitization and mutagenicity have been observed. Renal and lymphoreticular/hematopoietic tumors
have been reported in mice following dermal exposure. Skin tumors are possible following dermal exposure. Structurally
similar chemicals have been shown to cause testicular atrophy and impaired reproduction.
Additional Information - TLVR for N-butyl glycidyl ether was established for dermal irritation. The TLVR for silica was
established for inert dust. This product is dangerous and should be used only with adequate protection that prevents any
skin exposure.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SECTION 7 - EMERGENCY/FIRST AID PROCEDURE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If on Skin - Promptly wash skin with soap and water. If irritation persists, contact a physician. Do not use other solvents
to remove material from skin.
If in Eyes - Flush eyes with large quantities of water for at least 15 minutes. Contact a physician.
If Swallowed - Seek immediate medical attention.
If Inhaled - Not applicable
