HEALTH EFFECTS
Swallowed: Ingestion may cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Eye: May cause transient stinging or redness if accidental eye contact occurs.
Skin: Slight skin irritation may occur in susceptible individuals.
Inhaled: Irritation of lungs, coughing or choking may occur.

FIRST AID
Swallowed: Rinse mouth out with water. In case of gross ingestion induce vomiting. Seek medical
attention.
Eye: Flush out with a gentle stream of clean water for 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
Skin: Wash contact areas with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before re-
use.
Inhalation: Remove from further exposure. Obtain medical advice. If unconsciousness occurs, seek
immediate medical attention. If breathing has stopped, use mouth to mouth resuscitation.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Exposure Limits: TLV 10mg/M3 Total dust.
TLV 5mg/m3 Respirable dust.
Ventilation: No special ventilation is recommended under normal conditions of use. No special
respiratory protection equipment is recommended under normal conditions of use with sufficient
ventilation.
Personal Protection: Avoid eye contact and inhalation. Wear eye protection (face visor or goggles) if
accidental eye contact can occur. Wear an approved dust mask if TLV limits are exceeded. Observe
good personal hygiene.
Flammability: Non flammable.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION

Storage and Transport:
Store in a cool dry place. Store below 25癈. Containers should always be kept closed in storage and
properly labelled. Store only in original containers. Keep in a safe place away from foodstuffs and
children.
Spills and Disposal: Collect by sweeping and shovelling or vacuum. Collect solid residues and seal in
labelled containers for disposal. Wash the residue from the contaminated area with water and
detergent. Dispose of waste in compliance with local waste disposal regulations. Wear a dust mask if
TLV limits are exceeded. Wear gloves and eye protection. Dispose of empty container safely.
Fire/Explosion Hazard:
The product is combustible. Use water spray, foam, powder and Carbon Dioxide fire extinguishers.
Use water sprays to cool fire exposed surfaces and any adjacent storage vessels. Exercise normal
precautions for protection against dust explosion of powders when aerated.
