Extinguishing Media: Use media needed to control surrounding fire.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures: Fire Fighting Equipment - Wear positive pressure apparatus to avoid
breathing fumes.
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: Decomposes at elevated temperatures to produce toxic fumes of
ammonia and sulfur oxides. If mixed with strong oxidizers such as potassium nitrate, nitrite or chlorate, a
vigorous reaction or explosion may occur.
Run off from fire control or dilution water may cause pollution. In case of water pollution, contact local
authorities.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
EYES: Wash thoroughly with running water for at least 15 minutes.
SKIN: Wash with soap and water thoroughly. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. Contact medical personnel if symptoms occur.
INGESTION: If swallowed and the person is conscious, give large amounts of water to drink and induce
vomiting. Get medical attention.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Where exposure limits are exceeded, wear a suitable respirator,
(MSHA/NIOSH approved or equivalent).
VENTILATION: Work area must have adequate ventilation to limit exposure to this product.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING: Rubber gloves, long-sleeved shirt, shoes and socks.
EYE PROTECTION: Goggles or glasses.

SECTION VIII - SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES

Steps to be taken in case material is released or spilled. 1) Contain spill. 2) Collect into clean container and
mark properly. 3) Recovered product may be applied per label instructions.

SECTION IX - SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT:
In case of contact, wash skin with plenty of soap and water; for eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and
get medical attention.
CAUTION: Hazardous to humans and domestic animals. Harmful if swallowed. Do not inhale dust. Do not
allow contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: Do not apply directly to water. Do not apply when weather conditions favor
drift from target area.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL STATEMENTS:
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from strong oxidizers, such as chlorates, nitrates and nitrites.
PRODUCT DISPOSAL: To dispose of bags containing unused product, securely wrap bag in several layers of
newspaper and discard in trash.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty bag. Fold empty bag and discard in trash.
