HEALTH EFFECTS
ACUTE:
SWALLOWED: Product is generally considered to be of low toxicity, however ingestion of large
quantities may be harmful.
EYES: Potentially irritating to eyes, particularly in concentrated formulation or after prolonged
contact.
SKIN: Product may be harmful by skin absorption. Mild irritation to the skin is expected if
exposed to the concentrate.
INHALED: Concentrate has a low volatility and inhalation is not expected to be a problem.
Avoid inhalation of spray mist.
CHRONIC: Liver and kidney damage has occurred in laboratory animals after excessive over
exposure to some of the active ingredients of this product. Over exposure may cause headaches,
nausea, vomiting and muscle spasms.
FIRST AID
SWALLOWED: If more than 15 minutes from doctor/hospital induce vomiting preferably using
Ipecac Syrup.
EYES: Irrigate for 15 minutes with copious quantities of water with eyelids held open. If severe
or if irritation persists see a doctor.
SKIN: Remove contaminated clothes and launder. Wash affected areas thoroughly with soap and
water. If severe or if irritation persists see a doctor.
INHALED: Remove to fresh air until recovered. Seek medical advise.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

EXPOSURE STANDARDS: No exposure standards have been set for this product or its
ingredients.
ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Use in well ventilated areas only.
PERSONAL PROTECTION: Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Wash product immediately
from eyes and skin. When preparing and using this product wear cotton overalls or other
appropriate safety equipment, goggles, chemical resistant gloves and a washable hat. After use and
before eating, drinking or smoking wash hands, arms and face with soap and water. Wash
protective equipment after use.
FLAMMABILITY: Product is not flammable.

SAFE HANDLING INFORMATION

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Store away
from food and foodstuffs for animal or human consumption. Storage apart from other crop
protection chemicals is recommended. Product should be transported in accordance with
appropriate legislation. Product is not classified as dangerous for transportation by road in
Australia.
SPILLS AND DISPOSAL: Contain spill and absorb with sand or proprietary absorbent. Prevent
from entering drains, waterways or sewers. Collect in sealed open-top containers for disposal.
Dispose at a site approved by the appropriate local, state and federal authorities.
