Routes of Entry: Skin and eye contact, ingestion, inhalation. Gallium is not readily absorbed by the oral route. In animals, gallium
acts as a neuromuscular poison and causes renal damage. Gallium remains in tissues for long periods of time following intramuscular
injection of soluble salts.
EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
SKIN: Wash thoroughly with soap and water.
EYES: Flush for at least 15 minutes with water. Call physician.
INGESTION: Call physician or poison control center.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air.
