SECTION 6 EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
These precautions are suggested for conditions where a potential for exposure exists. Emergency conditions may require additional
precautions.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MANUFACTURING, COMMERCIAL BLENDING, AND PACKAGING WORKERS:
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Atmospheric levels should be maintained below the exposure guidelines. For most conditions, no
respiratory protection should be needed; however, if handling without sufficient ventilation, use NIOSH approved air-purifying
respirator with N, P or R 95 class filter and an organic vapor cartridge.
OTHER PROTECTIVE CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT: NIOSH approved dust respirator. Long-sleeved shirt, long pants,
chemical resistant gloves (e.g., nitrile, neoprene), shoes and socks.
EYE PROTECTION: Use chemical splash goggles or face shield.
APPLICATORS AND ALL OTHER HANDLERS: Please refer to the product label for personal protective clothing and equipment.
SECTION 7 HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS: This section includes possible adverse effects, which could occur if this material is not handled
in the recommended manner.
PRIMARY ROUTES OF ENTRY: Inhalation, ingestion, skin and eyes.
EYE: May cause mild to severe irritation depending on degree of exposure.
SKIN: Not readily absorbed through skin. May cause skin irritation. May be potential skin sensitizer.
INGESTION: May cause irritation to the digestive tract, following ingestion of large amounts.
INHALATION: May cause irritation to the respiratory tract, but this is rarely observed.
SECTION 8 FIRST AID MEASURES
IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the
first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing. Call a poison control center of doctor for treatment advice.
IF ON SKIN: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control
center or doctor for treatment advice.
IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration,
preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
IF SWALLOWED: Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. DO NOT induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, keep
airway clear. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Persons having temporary skin irritation symptoms may respond to treatment with antihistamines or steroid
creams and/or systemic steroids.

SECTION 9 SPILL, LEAK & HANDLING AND STORAGE
IF SPILLED: This product is toxic to fish. Keep out of lakes, streams or ponds. Contain spill. Remove as much as possible by
absorbing with inert material. Scrub area with a hard water detergent (commercial products such as Spic and Span, Tide, or Joy).
Remove any contaminated soil. Place in closed, labeled containers and store in a safe place until disposed. Do not contaminate water
while cleaning equipment or disposal of wastes.
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
STORAGE: Srore in a cool place. Protect from Excessive heat. Store product in original container only away from water, food or
feed. Keep container closed to prevent spills and contamination. Carefully open containers. After partial use, replace lid and close
tightly. DO NOT put concentrate or diluted product into food or drink containers.
PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: DO NOT contaminate water, food or feed by disposal. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, pesticide
spray or rinate is a violation of Federal law. Wastes resulting form the use of this product that cannot be used according to label
instructions or be chemically reprocessed may be disposed of on site or at a landfill or waste disposal facility, approved for pesticide
disposal, or in accordance with all applicable Federal, state or local authorities. For further advice, contact your State Pesticide or
Environmental; Control Agency or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.
