3. Hazards Identification - Continued
Ingestion Hazards
Harmful if swallowed. Polymerization of this product in airway could cause soffocation. Ingestion of this product
is harmful and maybe fatal.
Inhalation Hazards
Causes respiratory tract irritation. May cause an allergic respiratory reaction / sensitization after prolonged or
repeated contact.

4. First Aid Measures
Eye
In case of contact, hold eyelids apart and immediately flush eyes with plenty of tepid water for at least 15 minutes.
Get medical attention immediately if irritation develops and persists. Remove contact lenses, if worn.
Skin
In case of contact, remove contaminated clothing and blot or brush the product away, prior to washing the
exposed area with water. Flush skin with soap and plenty of tepid water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical
attention immediately if irritation (redness, rash, blistering) develops and persists. The process of trying to
remove the cured product may cause irriation. Wash clothing before reuse.
Ingestion
SEEK IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION! DELAYED TREATMENT MAY RESULT IN FATALITY. Do not
induce vomiting. Rinse mouth out with water. Aspiration of material into the lungs due to vomiting can cause
chemical pneumonitis which can be fatal.
Inhalation
Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration, seek medical attention. Seek medical attention
immediately.

5. Fire Fighting Measures
Flash Point: > 266 癋 > 130 癈

Autoignition Point: 537 癋 281 癈
Lower Explosive Limit: NA
Upper Explosive Limit: NA
Extinguishing Media
Dry Chemical, CO2, Foam or Water Fog
Fire Fighting Instructions
In the event of a fire, firefighters should wear full protective clothing and NIOSH-approved self-contained
breathing apparatus with a full facepiece operated in the pressure demand or other positive pressure mode.
Do not scatter material with high pressure water streams.
Fire or intense heat will decompose the product into CO2, CO, Hydrogen Cyanide, Oxides of Nitrogen, Isocyanates,
Isocyanic, and dense black smoke.

6. Accidental Release Measures
Where exposure level is known, wear approved respirator suitable for the level of exposure. If exposure is unknown,
wear approved, positive pressure, self-contained respirator. In addition to the protective clothing in Section 8, wear
impermeable boots.
Remove sources of ignition. Stop and contain / dam the spill. Absorb the inert materials (vermiculite / diatomaceous
earth). Shovel material into appropriate container for disposal.

30C).

8. Exposure Controls/Personal Protection
Engineering Controls
Normal room ventilation is usually adequate under normal use.
Eye/Face Protection
Safety glasses with side shields or goggles recommended.
Skin Protection
Chemical-resistant gloves. Lab coat or other work clothing to prevent skin exposure (Long sleeve shirt and long
pants). Launder before reuse. In cured form, the product is difficult to remove from skin and hair.
Respiratory Protection
None normally required. In areas where the Permissible Exposure Limits are exceeded, use a properly fitted
NIOSH-approved respirator.
