3. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION & HEALTH HAZARD
? Eye: May cause irritation.
? Skin: May cause sensitization by skin contact.
? Ingestion: May cause nausea and vomiting if ingested in high amounts.
? Inhalation: May cause irritation to the respiratory tract.

FIRST AID MEASURES

Eye Contact: Wash thoroughly with running water. Gets medical advice if irritation develops
Skin Contact: Wash exposed area with soap and water. Get medical advice if irritation develops.
Ingestion: In case of large amount of ingestion, give water to drink and get medical advice
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air and get medical attention for any breathing difficulty.
Note to physician: Treat symptomatically.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Flash Point: This product is classified as non-combustible but like any organic chemical will burn in
presence of a fire.
Extinguishing media: Water spray, carbon dioxide, dry chemical powder, and chemical foam.
Special fire fighting procedures: As in any chemical fire wear a self-contained breathing apparatus
MSHA/NIOSH (or equivalent approved) and full protective gloves. Do not permit the chemical/ fire
effluent to enter the environment as far as possible.
Unusual fire and explosion hazard: Toxic and irritating fumes may be released during a fire.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
? Exposure controls: As appropriate to the situation and quantity handled. Eye-wash and
emergency shower facilities are recommended. Mechanical exhaust is recommended.

?Gloves: Butyl rubber, viton and compatible gloves required.
?Clothing: Suitable protective clothing is required. Plastic apron and boots appropriate for
industrial usage.
?Eye: Goggles or face shield is recommended. Wear appropriate protective eyeglasses or
chemical safety goggles as described by OSHA's eye and face protection regulations in 29
CFR 1910.133 or European Standard EN166.
?Respirator: May be considered if conditions demand. In event use only an approved respirator
as per an approved respirator program.
