4. FIRST-AID MEASURES

INHALATION
Move the exposed person to fresh air at once. Get medical attention. When breathing
is difficult, properly trained personnel may assist affected person by administering
oxygen. Perform artificial respiration if breathing has stopped. Get medical attention
immediately!

INGESTION
DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING! Rinse mouth thoroughly. Get medical attention
immediately! Provide rest, warmth and fresh air.

SKIN CONTACT
Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Get
medical attention immediately.

EYE CONTACT
Make sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Promptly wash
eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids. Continue to rinse for at least 15
minutes and get medical attention.

Foam, car bon dioxide, dry powder.

UNUSUAL FIRE & EXPLOSION HAZARDS
Toxic fumes may be emitted during combustion.

PROTECTIVE MEASURES IN FIRE
Self contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing must be worn in case
of fire.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Wear protective clothing as described in Section 8 of this safety data sheet.

SPILL CLEAN UP METHODS
Extinguish all ignition sources. Avoid sparks, flames, heat and smoking. Ventilate.
Avoid contact with skin or inhalation of spillage, dust or vapour. Absorb with inert,
damp, non-combustible material, then flush area with water. Ensure that absorbed
material is kept wet.

7. HANDLING & STORAGE

USAGE PRECAUTIONS
Avoid spilling, skin and eye contact. Ventilate well, avoid breathing vapours. Use
approved respirator if air contamination is above accepted level. Persons susceptible
for allergic reactions should not handle this product.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store in tightly closed original container in a cool, dry well-ventilated place.

ENGINEERING MEASURES
Well-ventilated area.

RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENT
No specific recommendation made, but respiratory protection must be used if the
general level exceeds the Recommended Workplace Exposure Limit.

Use protective gloves. The most suitable glove must be chosen in consultation with
the gloves supplier, who can inform about the breakthrough time of the glove
material.

Provide eyewash station. Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of

eating, smoking and using the toilet. Promptly remove any clothing that becomes
contaminated. Wash promptly with soap & water if skin becomes contaminated.
