General use of the product:
Two-component polyurethane electro insulating lacquer for impregnating of coils of electro-
technical equipment with thermal stability class F (155?. Before use it must be thinned to work
viscosity with TM-50 Thinner. Dries completely at a temperature of 130癈 in around 2 hours.

2. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Flammable
Harmful by inhalation and in contact with skin.
Irritating to eyes and skin.
Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
Vapours may cause drowsiness and dizziness.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Symptoms arising from prolonged exposure of the product to the human body: dizziness,
headache, nausea, respiratory problems, skin inflammation and eye irritation.

Inhalation:
Immediately take out the casualty to fresh air. In case of complaints seek medical help.
Ingestion:
Do not give liquids and do not induce vomiting if the patient is unconscious or has convulsions. In
case of prolonged complaints, consult with a doctor.
Skin or clothes contact:
Immediately change the contaminated clothing, wash the contact skin with water and soap, and
rinse thoroughly. Do not use organic solvents!
Eye contact:
Wash the eyes with running water for several minutes, holding eyelids open. Remove contact
lenses. Call an ophthalmologist.
Notes to the doctor:
There is no specified antidote. The treatment in case of overexposure should be directed to control
of the symptoms and clinical treatment of the patient.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

General directions:
Remove all sources of fire: e.g. open fire, lit cigarettes, sparks from tools/equipment. Always keep
packages closed.
Suitable extinguishing agents:
Alkali resistant foam, dry chemical powder, CO2, water spray.
Unsuitable extinguishing agents:
Thick water jet.
Special hazards arising from the product itself, products formed as a result of its
incineration or gasses formed:
Take into consideration that dangerous gas products and thick soot can be formed during its
burning.
Special protective equipment:
The use of a gas mask and protective fire fighting clothing is recommended.
Additional instructions:
Extinguish fire in the wind direction. Cool the non-burning packages by spraying water. Prevent
spillage and remove packages to a safety place.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Personal precautions:
Remove all possible sources of ignition.
Wear suitable protective equipment (see Item 8).
Environment precautions:
Prevent spillage in water basins, tanks, basements, drains and sewerage.
If the spilled product has penetrated into water basins, sewerage, the soil or plants inform the Fire
brigade and the Police.
Prevent accumulation of vapours in closed premises.
Methods for cleaning up:
In case of spillage, surround the spillage and mix it with soil, sand or similar inert absorbents.
Transfer the mixture to an approved safety disposal site or incinerate it under controlled
conditions.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

Provide adequate ventilation when handling or storage of the product. Do not exceed the
concentration limits given in item 8. Do not eat or drink at the working place. Do not smoke.
Observe the fire prevention measures. Do not pollute the environment.
Storage
Keep in original, tightly closed containers, out of the reach of children and other unauthorized
personnel, in closed and dry storage premises at a temperature up to 30oC, away from direct
sunlight.
The warehouses should be equipped according to the local regulations for storage of flammable
materials.
Do not keep the product together with foodstuff, drinks or fodder.
Packages should be marked with original labels placed by the producer.
Observe the storage requirements indicated on the label.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROL AND PERSONAL PROTECTION

Technical measures for supervising the safety labour requirement observance:
Provide adequate ventilation at the workplace. Local or general ventilation is recommended.

Use only non-sparking tools and equipment. Ensure safe static electricity discharge.
Personal protection:
Use materials, resistant to organic solvents such as rubber or special plastics.
Respiratory protection:
In case of insufficiently ventilated workplaces, respiratory protection is necessary. It is
recommended to use a mask with a gas filter: brown, type A.
Hand protection:
Use protective gloves made of natural rubber, neoprene or nitryl rubber with a thickness over 0,5
mm.
Eye protection:
It is recommended to use protective facemask or goggles.
Body protection:
Avoid prolonged or frequent contacts with the skin. Wear appropriate protective clothing.

The product is stable under normal storage conditions.

Inhalation:
Prolonged inhalation of concentrated organic solvents present in the product, which exceed the
admissible concentration limit (see item 8) may cause irritation of the mucous tissue of the
respiratory tract or even affect the normal functioning of kidneys, liver and the central nervous
system.
Ingestion:
In case of ingestion the product may harm the digestive system tissue.

Prolonged and intensive contact with the skin may cause loss of sub-dermal fats, as well as
dermatitis.

Drops from the product or high concentration vapours may cause eye irritation, which is usually
reversible.

13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS

Any remainder of the product or waste material left from its application, as well as the used
packages should be disposed according to the local Regulations for processing of special and
dangerous waste products.

Incinerate the remainder and waste material at high temperatures under control.
Disposal of waste material in special places approved for disposal of dangerous materials.
Recycling of the solvents by distillation, if possible, in case you can manage the problem with the
distillation residua.
Metal packages should be recycled in steelworks or disposed in specially intended places, if it's
not possible to be recycled for reuse.
